Return/ Refund Policy

• Customers can exchange products for free one time, in the condition of the product has not been used and no damage. The steps are as follows: -

1. Customers must notify of product exchange within 24 hours after signing to receive the product.
2. Customers return products within 7 days after notification of product exchange, with the product exchange form filled out and attached with the returned product.
3. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
4. When we receive the product, we will deliver the replacement product to the customer within 1-2 business days.

• In case of money refund, we will process the money refund within 7 business days after receiving the product.
• Exchanges/returns are available for products delivered in Thailand only.
• We do not accept exchanges/returns on discounted items or special promotion items.

Remarks: -

• Free shipping for the first time of exchange. If you want to exchange product next time in the same order, there is a delivery fee of 50-100 THB.
• If you need same day delivery for product exchange, you can request for the Messenger service, with delivery charges calculated according to actual distance.
• We reserve the right to exchange/return products if we find that the product has been used or damaged and will deliver the product back to the customer within 1-2 business days.
