RAINBOU provides a limited warranty for genuine leather bags against defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.

For other product categories that are not covered by this warranty, we remain to assist you through RAINBOU after-sales care.

What do we take care of?

RAINBOU provides warranty coverage for genuine leather bags in the event of defects arising from materials or craftsmanship.

• 1-year warranty from the date you receive your product
• Covers defects in materials or craftsmanship, including:

  • Hardware such as zippers, closures, rings, or other components that malfunction due to a manufacturing defect

  • Stitching or seams that come undone due to a manufacturing defect

  • Structural damage caused by a manufacturing defect under normal use

And what isn’t covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, excessive use, or accidental damage

• Repairs, alterations, or modifications made by third parties

• Improper care or storage

• Stains, moisture, water, chemicals, heat, or other external factors

• Natural wear and tear from regular use

• Creases, scratches, scuffs, or other marks that naturally occur on genuine leather and are not considered product defects

• Changes in color, texture, or patina that naturally develop over time and with use

How to request warranty service?

• Your proof of purchase or order details

• Photos of the product and the area you would like us to inspect

RAINBOU will assess the condition of your product and recommend the most appropriate care, repair, or solution for each individual case.

For products that fall outside the warranty conditions, RAINBOU remains happy to assist you through RAINBOU Care & Connection including:

• Ongoing product care advice and support

• Repair services (charges may apply)

• Other after-sales services, where appropriate
